The firm’s business law practice is concentrated on
the formation and operation of privately held corporations,
limited liability companies, and other limited liability
entities.
The firm is also experienced in the purchase and sale of
businesses, including franchises and commercial real estate,
as well as identifying and registering Trademarks and Servicemarks
for the protection of our clients’ intellectual property
rights.
The firm believes that the best way for it to be of professional
assistance to its business clients is to understand their
respective businesses so as to plan for the best agreements
and other business arrangements (including financing and
business succession arrangements) for each case. Having made
those plans with our clients, we can then help to carry them
out through drafting, negotiation, and ongoing consultation.
We thus seek to serve as outside general counsel for businesses
as well as counsel for particular business transactions,
whenever needed.
