Biography:
Licensed in Indiana and Illinois, Mr. Maupin’s dual state practice is in asset protection, trusts, estates, wills, and probate. Before joining the Law Offices Of Michael T. Sawyier, Mr. Maupin’s area of concentration was in business law, commercial real estate, and intellectual property.
Mr. Maupin clerked in Lake County Superior Court #6 in Indiana with Superior Court Judge John R. Pera; he also clerked with a private Indiana law firm specializing in business and commercial real estate law during law school. While attending Valparaiso School of Law, Mr. Maupin was the Associate Editor of the Law Review and graduated cum laude.
Ever since starting law school, Mr. Maupin has been actively involved in his community’s food bank as well as volunteer housing programs.
Mr. Maupin resides in Northwest Indiana.
