Biography:


Mr. Taylor’s current practice concentrates on business law, business planning, negotiating corporate agreements and contracts, organizing various business entities, intellectual property, asset protection, estate planning, and estate administration.

Prior to joining the firm as an Associate Attorney, Jason M. Taylor clerked with the firm for 14 months while attending law school full time. Mr. Taylor graduated first in his class, Summa Cum Laude, from Loyola University School of Law in Chicago, Illinois in May 2007.

During his tenure as a Loyola law student, Mr. Taylor was accepted as an extern for Judge Virginia M. Kendall in the Federal Court District for the Northern District of Illinois; he served as the Executive Editor and Features Editor for Loyola’s International Law Review (“ILR”) and participated in Loyola’s Low Income Federal Tax Clinic.

Mr. Taylor resides in Chicago.
