Biography:
Mr. Williams’s practice centers on asset protection, business law, business formation, partnership law, employment law, and commercial litigation. He specializes in protecting professionals and business owners’ assets from potential attachment. Prior to accepting a position with the Law Offices of Michael T. Sawyier, Mr. Williams primarily was involved in litigation representing physicians and healthcare institutions. In his capacity as counsel for physicians, Mr. Williams advised them on high exposure professional liability actions.
After graduation, Mr. Williams served in the 82nd airborne Division of the United States Army. He founded and serves as the Co-Chair of The Veterans Legal Assistance and Military Law Committee of the Young Lawyers Section of the Chicago Bar Association.
Mr. Williams resides in Chicago with his family.
